A Psychodelic Memorandum

Don’t mind it at all along with the possible typhoes in this here psychodelic memorandum. Please read for all that is good and holy.
There would be nobody better to have done what Barack Obama has come to accomplish; the nation’s not only first black president, but also the first minority president. And that goes not only to be said and put in there for no reason at all; it’s because he represents for all minorities and peoples of unlikely presidential representation that there is a possibility for even them.
So we must continue as we have done with as much work for him: for ourselves, for each other, and for the nation. It is because we, together, can. And that was his message that ultimately inspired all of us- musted of us to forward ideas and mind to the cause of electing our now president-elect, Mr. Barack Obama.
We cannot give easily into laying down our mobility to resolve the problems we’ve so heartily put ourselves to use for this successful campaign. We mustn’t lay down just yet, a honey moon as they say, and savor the essence of it all and what it means Obama is now president, and so we should not lose our momentum for change and the inspired message for molding our future; our opportunity for a better nation is here and we cannot lose our own responsibilities just because Our President’s responsibilities are now won and assured. This campaign was aligned for us so that our own inclusion “towards a more perfect union” would be thwarted and required, for it to be as successful as it was; and so we should persist on the motivation that so determined us for victory.
We mustn’t lay down just yet, a honey moon as they say, and savor the essence of it all and what it means. I say this now as if it wasn’t as obvious as it really is, because there are people who had opposed the whole idea and the mere imagination or possibility to where this campaign could take us. And they did this with refute as people in disbelief, with their own self- proclaimed “truth” to: politics, political ideaologies, social dynamics, national ethics, and even racial constructs and divide. It’s as if you fire up a cigarette after a good sex up- not that cigarettes are good for you- there is just as well people wanting to challenge you to a gasoline fight, if you know what I mean. Because there are these people out there, we must’nt lay down our momentum for our concern of the nation because they do work in opposition, to see the incoming presidency fall down a failure; and so the idea and symbolism of his campaign a farce.
Our “tucson writers for Obama” shouldn’t only be just a campaigning tool; we should continue to implement this medium amongst others that should come- gathering together information and putting them on digital display. As a sort of web-based show and tell: politics, community ( meaning tucsonan) matters, or anything that would have relevance to engaging a trust between our common goals towards efficiently tackling upcoming obstacles within our means. The best thing about having a badass president, the likes of Mr. Obama, is that he would understand the organization of community and the urgency of acknowledging the common grievance. It’s the least we could do- continueing to express, talk, communicate with each other without face on-line.
So let us go on- active, as we have been for the campaign; doing whatever we could to ensure the promise of change and the revision of betterment. The very limitations we put on each other to suppress and belittle an earned achievment can only go so far as to be disproven with the performance of a new world.
