It is a good time to review Rep. Dennis Kucinich’s 35 Articles of Impeachment, which he has repeatedly levied against George W. Bush. While most have ignored him and many have mocked him, Kucinich is one of the few who continuously questioned the legality of Bush’s policies. It may be too late to rely on these articles of impeachment, but many of them would still make appropriate criminal indictments.

PJ,
I would not hold my breath for any of this to happen any time soon. But, I strongly believe that a few years down the line, when more truths are unearthed, there will be a move to act on this. I surely hope so.

i cannot agree with this more. george bush is an enemy of the freedom of the united states of america. i was absolutly ahamed to be an smerican during his criminal reign. if he is not put in prison, it will be the biggest and most expensive free haul of a thief ever. yes, thief, liar, all for what a little power. sending americans to die for him. not, our country, but for him and his henchmen. dick cheney needs to locked up to protect americans from his total lack of caring for anyone but himself and money. they can go to HELL for all i care. and i usually consider myself to be a believer in god. i’m sure the republicans don;t
Sad thing is a lot of this can be googled and proven false. A lot of the so called “illegal” things are spins on the truth and were done with approval from congress so I guess they all need to be arrested as well. A couple though *might* stick like not providing body armor to troops but lets not forget that congress was witholding the funding for that expense at the time causing some partisan bickering and endangerment of our troops lives for political reasons.
So really I’m not sure how much of this could be proven well enough (without doubt) once they started digging to get any kind of conviction esp since more than just Bush was involved. More than likely it would just turn into years of legal fees and investigations paid for by us with no outcome (as usual).
